I don't have any great advice here, other than to generally point out that Xcode 4.4's LLDB is a huge leap over 4.3's. If you are an iOS developer with access to the 4.5 seeds, you can use it to get the benefits from 4.4 as well.
If you don't have access to either of them, the good news is that Xcode 4.4 will be released sometime this month, so it should be pretty soon, and will then be relevant to all developers regardless of which platform you're on.
