I have an app that has been on the store for almost 4 years. It is "Perfect Pitch" a tuning device for singers and musicians of all sorts. Recently I made a minor improvement and tried to post it to the store.
I sign in, go to "Manage Your Apps", select the app and choose "Add Version". That brings up a window with two edit fields, "Version Number" and "What's New in this Version". I fill those in and click "Save". After a moment it comes back with an error alert saying, "There was an error saving changes. Please try again later or contact iTunes Connect Support".
I have contacted support several times. Four different reference numbers have been assigned to this. I have provided screenshots, page source and other things they requested. In each case they eventually say it's fixed, try again. In each case it isn't fixed. After nearly a year this useless error message still comes back, and no one seems to have a clue about what is wrong.
I have another app which I have successfully updated several times. My account is current. Does anyone recognize this? Apple has dropped the ball completely.
