FileMerge saving broken?

After upgrading to Xcode 4.4 I can no longer save FileMerge diffs. I've tried twice now, and I just get an alert panel that says: "Unable to save to file: (file URL)"

Nothing is logged to the console when this happens. Can anyone save their changes if they created the diff using the "compare files" menu item? If so, then what did you do to get it to work?
