I don't remember whether the 4.3.2 install left the installer intact. Possibly the installer is deleted after the installation is complete.

The safest way to do one download you can share is to open <http://developer.apple.com/downloads>, narrow down the list to developer tools, and select the Xcode you want. You'll also get the download-progress indicator you want from your browser.
