Customizing function call code snippet

I'm not sure what the exact terminology is, but when you type in the name of a function, one of the code completion options is a function call code snippet. It expands to the text of a call of that function, with a comma-separated set of argument placeholders. Very useful! However, the formatting appears to be fixed, at least on Xcode 4.2, and I can't find any way to customize it. Is this really fixed, or have I just missed something?

(Xcode ignores the formatting of the declaration - which I think is the right thing to do.)

Thanks,

--Tom
