Location For Development Frameworks in 4.3

Can someone point me to the doc (or provide me your humble opinion) as to where we should be installing our own cross-project frameworks? It used to be /Developer/Local/Frameworks/, but as of 4.3 (or as of App Store bundling) the /Developer folder seems to have gone away.

I hesitate to ask, but getting Xcode to recognize the new frameworks location a simple matter of changing its path in the navigator? It seems to be the obvious choice but....

TIA,
