This was something you could do in Xc3.

I copied an older project in the Finder, and deleted all its .svn directories. I then created a repo in the Organizer pointing to my new server repo (which is currently empty).
I want to add files via Xcode, but cannot, because the project has no source control associated. It looks like I'm going to have to set it up via the command line tool.
Pretty significant missing functionality in Xc4, if you ask me.
