I was able to 'silence the lambs' by opening the organizer and deleting all the repositories listed therein. It doesn't stick across restarts and the IDE still "integrates" with the local repo - but I was able to continue working without the incessant prompting.

That’s not an Xcode alert; it comes from system security in response to Xcode trying to access Keychain items.
Is anyone aware of a way to turn this off?
I think there have been other threads complaining that there’s no way to turn off the SVN/Git integration in Xcode 4.
