Hurray can answer this myself:
Once added to one target, the framework can be selected. Then, open the Utilities pane, open the File-Inspector and then in the "Target Membership" section we can select which target shall link against it.
(hm, if I remember right, I had done this several times before, why didn't I remember it?)
