We had an exactly analogous situation. I think we were on 4.3
It *seems* like it should work, given that you can specify the
provisioning profile to use in the Organizer.
We always ended up getting warning (well, errors) about invalid entitlements.
In the end, we ended up giving them the credentials, which we intend
to revoke once the app has actually shipped.
