After editing templates, symbols are not replaced

I have my own templates in "Library/Developer/Xcode/Templates/File Templates/LZ Cocoa Touch". They're mostly just copies of the files that come with Xcode, but it seems as I edit them, they stop getting the substitutions made.

Any ideas what might be going on? Thanks!
