For anyone who's had a hard time with cmake and Xcode 4.3, here are
instructions on how to pull their git repository and build your own
version that resembles their official mac distribution:

There are some under-documented subtleties to building the GUI on OS
X, and the default build instructions don't produce the nice app
bundle that they use for the official distribution. Hope that helps
someone else out... it'll at least help me remember next time I have
to do it.
