I can't imagine anyone NOT wanting to be able to set this how they
like! Are you saying that User Preference settings like how the Dock
works, or how the Scrolling on a Mouse works should be done away with
because someone might actually set them differently to the factory
settings? How about all those pesky App Preferences? Perhaps we
should do away with them too, just in case someone uses them?
The fact is that the bouncing thing might be ok for somethings but
not for all things, especially not editor windows. An editor window
is not a list and treating it one is silly.
