Interesting. My desktop did not mark them as installed. I had to click the button to download and install. My laptop, on the other hand, said the current tools were installed. I suppose I should check the versions on my laptop to see if I have the latest.
Possible differences between the two machines... the laptop command line tools were last installed/updated recently -- within the last two weeks. The desktop tools were last installed/updated when 4.5.1 was first released.
