I don't need to change anything when
method body is inserted. Hitting Enter doesn't help - carriage
return is inserted.

handle this quicker?
You mean the auto-complete? Hit the tab key to select
the next parameter, then type a value for it.
If you don’t want it at all, uncheck “Suggest
completions while typing” in the Text Editing pref pane.
