I just had Xcode complain (with an error, no less) about the UITableViewController refresh enable setting in IB, because the Deployment was set to 5.1.

To verify, I set it to "Project SDK (iOS 6.0)", and it compiled without error. That points out something interesting. Although IB calls it "deployment," it's really more of the SDK setting. If it matched the project's deployment setting, it would show "Project Deployment Target (iOS 5.1)".

Clearly, there's inconsistent enforcement in IB.
