It's not just you -- this outage is affecting everyone trying to
build a signed application. There's a workaround that involves
setting OTHER_CODE_SIGN_FLAGS = --timestamp=none in your target
settings, but this is not an ideal long-term solution.
At this moment the service remains down; I do not know what the
prognosis is for it coming back up.
