This device is no longer connected (Xcode 3.2.6)

A month ago I charged my iPhone using my laptop which mirrors our Xcode 3.2.6 build system. Ever since I keep getting "This device is no longer connected" dialogs even though I deleted the device from the Devices list in Organizer. Is there a prefs file I can delete or something to make this go away?
