Work on an Xcode project for a while, make a change in a file, and, without saving, close the project by clicking the red close button at the left of the title bar.
The project *closes* (i.e. vanishes), without asking whether you want to save. And *then* a dialog appears: "Do you want to save the changes made to the document…?"
But this makes no sense. The buttons offer the options Revert Changes, Cancel, and Save. But pressing Cancel does nothing; it's too late to Cancel. The project has already closed.
What I expect is that the dialog should appear with the project still present. That way I can cancel if desired and see what changes we're talking about.
(In my General system prefs, both checkboxes are checked, in case that matters.)
