XCode & System Keyboard Shortcuts

I used to be able to assign keyboard shortcuts in System Prefs/Keyboard to Xcode to specific windows having certain files I am using very often. So if I open main.m in separate window I can switch to it with keyboard.

For example. I could assign Alt-Cmd-K to main.m or foobar.h or whatever. It used to work in earlier version of Xcode 4 but now it doesn't. Is there any way to make it work with 4.5.1 with system prefs or is there maybe a third party keyboard hot-key utility that could do that?
