Instruments source line colors?

I'm debugging a zombie issue, and I'm looking at one of the call stack frames where Instruments is telling me a retain occurred. The source pane highlights two lines, one in yellow, and one in blue. It also shows some percentages next to each.
What do the colors mean (especially in this context)? What do the percentages mean? Where is this documented? I looked through the Instruments User Guide, and didn't find anything, but it's actually pretty hard to just skim through Apple docs.
