We've had an old issue as well with headers sharing the same name.

Our solution was to disable the header map, which we do in our .xcconfig file like this:
  USE_HEADERMAP =
(assign it to nothing)

In the GUI, I think setting it to NO is the way to go (IIRC).

Hopefully, that is a secret sauce that can work for your issue as well...
