Live Issues and Build Errors disagree

Anyone know what causes the live issues to be so wrong, sometimes? This project builds fine, and then two seconds later the live issues shows a bunch of erroneous errors and warnings. I've nuked the indexing/derived data multiple times and this continues to happen to this particular project, which is somewhat large and has several project dependencies.
At the moment the errors are all in the same file, so it seems that it could be a parsing issue with either this .m file or the header, but it's oddly only complaining about some things and not everything so it's not obvious what might have happened. It seems to have lost the interface for another class being imported, and an inline function in a framework header imported in the prefix header. Both things work elsewhere just fine.
