I'm still using Xcode 2.5, so this may not apply, but you can change the
paths of multiple files at the same time simply by selecting them all,
opening the Inspector (Get Info), and choosing the path to the enclosing
folder (open the enclosing folder so you are inside looking at the source
files, and then click OK/choose). I've done this to hundreds of files at the
same time and it works.
