Thats great point.
Ok let me ask my doubts in a single line. Will apple will reject the app if we are asking for login credential(We are providing the temporarily login credential, not for public to get into the app in depth) for the general app store. There is no signup/register from inside app and outside portal too.

That's not what the review process does. The review process simply tells you if you broke a rule for release in the store; It does not tell you how good your app is so submitting it is pointless if you're not going to submit it to the store. There's nothing to be gained.
