App usage stats

What do you folks in the enterprise use to keep track of your iOS app usage stats?

Like many, I'm interested in amount of unique installs and amount of reoccurring users.

I've heard that direct UDID access is being deprecated, but for our internal users, I could set up a simple fire and forget HTTP post to a mySQL database for internal tracking purposes. Seems pretty straightforward unless there are better solutions already out there.
