The features aren't missing, it's just that their usability/discoverability is lacking.
For "run to here", you have to wiggle your mouse around, and sometimes it will appear. Not quite sure how it's *supposed* to work.
For "customizable breakpoints", you have to first create the breakpoint, then context-click and choose "Edit breakpoint..."... all the useful still is still there.
