Yes. I got around it with the help of Developer Program Support.
With the proviso that I have no knowledge of possible side-effects in any other case, this is what I had to do:
-- Quit Xcode.
-- In the Finder, navigate to /users/me/library/developer/xcode.
-- Drag those files to the trash.
-- Start Xcode and refresh the profiles.
That solved it for me.
I also noted that refreshing profiles doesn't remove old, expired profiles, so you might want to delete those manually before doing the refresh.
Again, I make no claims about the safety or advisability of the above procedure. It's just what worked for me.
