Any way to place files into app's Documents directory on device?

I'm trying to track down a bug with my iOS app. It would be helpful if I could replace the contents of the app's Documents directory with data that reproduces the problem. I can use iTunes to replace a top-level file, but I can't seem to replace a directory within it, nor can I navigate into the directory to do so.

I tried using Xcode's Organizer to do it, but that also doesn't seem to let me.

Any other way? Thanks!
