It's been several years since I last touched FxPlug, but I believe everything related to the plug-ins is in the FxPlug SDK. You'll probably have to dig around on Apple's developer site to find the download. I was using Xcode 3.x at the time so I don't know if it's been updated to work with a more recent version of Xcode.
