Cody,
So you're saying you were able to drag-reorder entities, after some futzing around? In my case, svn shows that the xcmapping.xml is unchanged and I've also 'svn lock'ed it so that Xcode can write to it. But still I can't find any way to get the Xcode GUI to let me reorder them. It works in 4.6.3 and earlier.
