iOS 7 Simulator stuck behind a proxy

Hi,

I was hoping someone could explain how to get pass a proxy with the iOS 7 simulator. It has no internet access, Safari and Maps - nothing. I've tried everything, even cntlm.

It asks for the credentials, but even after you type it in, nothing happens. I keep getting "cache access denied." I recently updated to Xcode 5, I tested the iOS 6 sim and it works fine.

I'm stumped. Any suggestions will be appreciated.
