Xcode 4.6 Developer Library Not found?

I just updated to Xcode 4.6. While the command line tools installed just fine, Xcode is having a problem installing the
Xcode 4.6 Developer Library (v. 509.9.0) package. It's alternating between saying "Failed to download documentation package for Xcode 4.6 Developer Library. Documentation package was not found on the server." with a "retry" button, and "Access denied for download. Check that your account name and password (possibly stored in your keychain) are correct and still valid for the server."
I've reenterd my id and password, so I know they are correct. Is there a problem with this doc package?
