Xcode problems??

I have a project in Xcode, it compiles and runs fine within debug mode in Xcode, but when I try to export it as an application from Archiver, the application crashed when launching. I am using the latest Xcode 4.6.2 and the snow leopard OS . Any idea how to get over this?
