Welcome to hell.

This can be a massive nightmare if you want to or need to transfer your developer certificate to another user/computer, so prepare yourself if it doesn't go right.


With that in mind…

Open Keychain Access.

Go into your keychain and export the private key associated with that developer certificate.  Give it a password that you will not forget.  This should create a .p12 file.

Transfer it to the other computer and open it up (entering the password).  This should allow the certificate to be used on the specific user of the other computer.

I could be wrong here, but this is pretty close to what needs to be done and have done this a number of times over the past few years.
