Just replaced
/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Platforms/MacOSX.platform/Developer/SDKs/MacOSX10.8.sdk/usr/include/AvailabilityInternal.h
with a copy from another machine and everything is working again.
Sorry for the bit of panic there.
