Xcode 3.2.6 and Mavericks

  • I recently upgraded from MacOS 10.6.8 to 10.9 (Mavericks). Xcode 3.2.6 still works for my project - plain old C, console program, no direct calls to any OS routines whatsoever. After booting Xcode 3.2.6 and loading my project, I cleaned all targets, rebuilt everything, and ran the program (command line I/O only) within Xcode. The editor appears to work fine. I don’t use the debugger.
I can’t guarantee that you’ll have good luck with Xcode 3.2.6 and MacOS 10.9 on your project, since my IDE needs are extremely modest compared to those of most developers. Good luck!

Steve
