4.6.3 key bindings being reset

Anybody else seeing this? I have 4.6.3 and 5.0.1 installed because I need both. I have maybe a couple dozen key bindings customized in both. Then yesterday I noticed that a bunch of them got reset to defaults, but not all of them. So I edited them again and then duplicated the set to a new name "My 4.x". Then this morning after I woke up my Mac and started using 4.6.3 again, those same bindings had been reset at some point. I hadn't launched 5.0.1 in the interim. This is most annoying.
