What's the Debug and Optimization levels being used. For Debug builds,
you generally want -g3 so the symbol file includes #define's and
symbolic constants; and -O1 to ensure minimal optimizations are
performed. You can also use -O0, but that usually inhibits a lot of
source code analysis.

It's set to "None [-O0]"
