Xcode 5 iOS 7 iPhone 5 not stable

Hello,

I upgraded to iOS 7,Xcode 5
I had an iOS app (simple I code for fun) tab base app 3 tabs only the one has a view ( others have placeholder empty views)

I started this app years ago and updated it in Xcode 4. To storyboards it compiled and runs ok in iOS 6

So I upgraded it to iOS 7 and the storyboard to Xcode 5 and the target phone to iPhone 4 inch
Besides the fact that I cannot get my view right (items are placed differently in Xcode and at run time ( zero warnings)

I have problems launching it in simulator ( it of tens refuses to start springboard error)
On the device, it crashes some times on startup ...

Of course it could runs smoothly for hours on IOS 6

Did anyone experienced similar issues ?

Many thanks
