Maybe. Or I could have lost my network connection (I have network reliability issues) in the middle. Not sure.

Under Preferences > Downloads, the Components group only shows
	iOS 6.1 Simulator
	iOS 6.0 Simulator

Do I need to modify my manpath?

I’m getting by (using the Documentation tool), but I wonder if I screwed up and (like you mentioned) failed to properly install certain things.
