No it's just the usual sloppy mail. If there were an app out there it would be on iTunes connect under your account.
When my OSX program last expired I got mails and several phone calls warning me all my apps would disappear from the store, didn't have any, which I why I lapsed it at the time.
There is zero to worry about here.
