XCode 5 - breakpoints not firing again!

Hi,
I'm having problems where breakpoints are not firing and also "Step Into" not working in the debugger? This seems to happen every time a new version of XCode is released, don't they test these things? XCode 5 has caused me nothing but aggravation so far and no decent new features to make up for it either!
Anyone have any ideas of how to get the Debugger to breakpoint and Step correctly, like in XCode 4?
