I really have lots of issues with the AppStore and I have even more issues with it and Xcode than anything else. Fortunately I don't have a bandwidth cap and just download the whole thing every time right from the developer portal and install it and since I started doing that, it's all been fine. I really do think if you can avoid using the AppStore for Xcode, avoid it and grab the download from the link.

I'm currently on my 7th day trying to get Keynote to update in the Appstore, it's doing similar things to that which you reported in your earlier mail. My normal procedure in that case is to try one of my other two machines and if I get one of them to work, copy it over to the others. The AppStore has never really liked me.

5.1.1 is the one you want. I always get mine from here https://developer.apple.com/downloads/index.action?name=Xcode

I can get to that, but it only shows me the download of the entirety of 5.1.1, 2+ GB. I gather that there is an incremental update, of only 126MB or so. I *could* download the whole thing, but downloading the increment seems much more reasonable. So… where do I go to find the increment?
