Oh yes, that makes it clear, I was just confused. Since I was talking about a lot of sub-projects, when you mentioned “Each project has a shell script that we run in a script build phase” and “later it sources a global script”, I thought you were actually talking about sub-projects, with each sub-projects keeping its list of singable items in its script and that the “main" script in the “run script” phase of the main app project somehow refers to all those scripts in sub-projects and sources them to import their singable items as variable.
