Weird storyboard connection issue

I have a weird problem with storyboard. (iPad & iPhone).

I have an existing SB with connections to outlets.

I add 4 new outlets to the header file and proceed to connect them.

During runtime, the new connections remain nil. The previous ones are fine.

Here's the weird part : for a test, I remove an existing connection in the SB. I run the app.

And the connection still exists even though there is no connection in SB.

It looks like xcode is using a different copy of my SB.

Any ideas?

Xcode 5.1.1. OS 10.9.4.

(This might be relevant : I bought this mac 2 weeks ago and moved the project (and everything else) from my old machine using migration assistant. Prev sys was 10.8.4)
