Where are my simulators gone?

Worked fine in Xcode beta 5.
But beta 6 says:
"The iOS 8.0 simulator runtime is not available.
Download the iOS 8.0 simulator runtime from the Downloads section in Xcode's Preferences."
Ok. But: Xcode → Preferences → Downloads offers only 7.0 and 7.1 Simulators.
Who has eaten my 8.0 Simulator?
More important: Where can I get a 8.0 Simulator for Xcode beta 6?
