Xcode auto-discloses all over the place.  Issues, searches, build
settings... I filed bugs on this behavior years ago but of course they
still haven't fixed it.  Why even bother having the disclosure
controls at all?

I encourage you to file some more.  I simply asked for a way to toggle
the expanded state on the entire list, which should've been there in
the first place.
