I just deleted several targets from a project and an alert is popping up with the above message text, once for each target. I hit the OK button and Xcode removes the target from the Targets list. Then a sheet with the message “Choose a template for your new target” drops down, followed by another four “assistant session” alerts. (I didn’t ask to create a new target since there were already several other targets in the process that I wanted to keep.)
Any idea what’s going on? This is with Xcode 5.0.2.
