No, I'm not.
A few days later, things seemed to fix themselves. That is, the Team Provisioning profiles were all suddenly valid again.
Then I added a new UDID to the portal, and all the Team profiles turned invalid (upon refreshing them in Xcode). That was yesterday. The profiles are still invalid today ("The private key for "profile name" is not installed on this Mac." Which is crap.).
In no case were the manually-created profiles affected.
